Aged Care and Disability Support Services

WHS in aged care and disability support needs to be focussed on the end-user, the frontline workers exposed to an array of physical and psychosocial risks including burnout, high job demands, remote and isolated work and hazardous manual tasks. 

How can we assist?

A key aspect of our previous work in this space with clients such as Baptcare, RSL Lifecare and Max Life Care is to co-design systems and processes with frontline staff that are practical, repeatable and easy to follow. Using the SMART work design (SMART) we have also advised various client teams around job crafting and redesign to enable a cost effective method to reduce psychosocial risk factors.
