WHS Due Diligence Reviews: Legal

Shared Safety and Risk have conducted a number of high level organisational health and safety reviews under privilege for a number of law firms and their clients including K&L Gates, Source Services, Baker McKenzie, and Herbert Smith Freehills.

Goal

The goal of these reviews is to cast a broad set of eyes over an organisation’s health and safety arrangements to evaluate whether the system design befits the risk profile, the system is implemented effectively and that workers are engaged with the processes. This forms an essential assurance piece for Officers to verify the arrangements in place that enable them to meet their legal due diligence requirements.
